1. Data controller

2. What data we collect
- Email communication: data you provide when contacting us by email (e.g. name, email address, message content).
- Job applications: data you send us by email (kadrovska@eurel.si).
- Technical data: when visiting the website, the server automatically logs the IP address, browser type and access time (server logs).
3. Purpose and legal basis
We process data to respond to your inquiries and for communication (consent or legitimate interest), to handle job applications (pre-contractual measures) and to ensure the security and operation of the website (legitimate interest). The legal basis is the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
4. Cookies
Without your consent we use only strictly necessary technical cookies. With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 for anonymous visit statistics (pages viewed, traffic source, device type); your IP address is anonymised. Analytics cookies are set only after consent via the cookie banner, and you can withdraw consent at any time through the cookie settings button. The service is provided by Google LLC — Google Privacy Policy. We do not use advertising cookies.
5. Data retention
We keep data only as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or in accordance with statutory periods, after which it is securely deleted.
6. Sharing of data
We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by trusted contractual processors (e.g. the hosting provider) solely on our behalf and under our instructions. An exception is Google Analytics (Google LLC), where data may be transferred to the USA under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and your consent; otherwise we do not transfer data outside the EU.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability. Submit a request to info@eurel.si. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia.
8. Automated decision-making
We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling with legal effects on individuals.
